Design & growth

UX/UI design that turns ideas into testable products fast

Sharp Minds designers turn a brief into a clickable prototype within days and a complete, developer-ready design system within weeks. Because designers and engineers sit on the same team, what you approve in Figma is what ships.

What is included in Sharp Minds UX/UI design services?

A typical engagement covers stakeholder and user interviews, user flows and information architecture, low-fidelity wireframes, a clickable prototype for testing, high-fidelity screens for web and mobile, and a component-based design system in Figma with hand-over documentation for developers. Usability testing and design QA during development are included.

What is included

01

UX research

Interviews, competitor review and journey mapping to find what users actually need.

02

Information architecture

Navigation, content structure and flows that make complex products feel simple.

03

Rapid prototyping

Clickable Figma prototypes in days to test ideas before writing code.

04

UI design

High-fidelity, accessible interfaces for web, iOS and Android.

05

Design systems

Reusable components, tokens and guidelines that keep the product consistent as it grows.

06

Design QA

Designers review every release so the shipped product matches the approved design.

What does the process look like?

A short discovery phase that fixes scope and price, then weekly increments you can see and test.

    Discover

    Brief, interviews, goals and constraints.

  2. 02Days 4-7

    Define & wireframe

Flows and low-fidelity wireframes for the core journeys.

  3. 03Week 2

    Prototype & test

Clickable prototype tested with five to eight users, findings fed back into the design.

  4. 04Weeks 3-4

    High-fidelity & system

Final screens, components, tokens and developer hand-over.

Questions about this service

01

Can you work with our existing brand?

Yes. We extend your brand guidelines into a digital design system rather than replacing them, and we can refresh the brand if you ask for it.

02

Do you do user testing?

Yes, moderated remote sessions and unmoderated tests with tools like Maze. Five to eight participants per round is usually enough to find the major issues.

03

What do developers receive at hand-over?

Organised Figma files with components and variants, design tokens, interaction notes and a walkthrough session. If our engineers build it, hand-over is continuous.

04

Can you design only, without development?

Yes. Design-only engagements are common, and we produce documentation detailed enough for any development team to build from.
