01 — Working with us
A discovery week fixes the scope and price. Development starts the week after, and you see working software every Friday from then on.
Engineers based in Kosovo, led by an experienced team lead, working in your tools and your time zone. You interview everyone before they start.
The repositories, the infrastructure and the IP are yours. The board is shared and you get a monthly report on progress and budget.
02 — Services
From a two-week discovery sprint to a fully dedicated product team. Each service page shows what is included, how long it takes and who will be on the team.
03 — Delivery
Most products reach production in 6 to 10 weeks. Week 1 is a discovery sprint that ends with a prototype and a fixed scope. Week 2 covers design and architecture. From week 3 we ship in weekly sprints with a demo every Friday, and weeks 9 to 10 are for hardening and launch. Larger platforms follow the same rhythm over more releases.
The full delivery processWorkshops, user flows, technical scoping and a clickable prototype. Ends with a fixed first-release scope and a price.
High-fidelity screens, architecture, repositories, environments and the CI/CD pipeline, so week 3 starts with shipping.
One feature set per week, demoed every Friday on a staging URL you can share. Automated tests run on every change.
Hardening, QA, production release, analytics and a prioritised backlog. Then keep the team or hand over cleanly.
04 — Engagement models
Choose a fixed-scope project when you need a defined product by a date, a dedicated team when you need stable capacity for ongoing development, and team extension when you want one or more engineers inside your existing team. Most clients start with a project and continue with a dedicated team after launch.

05 — Kosovo
Kosovo combines one of Europe's youngest, most English-fluent workforces with the Central European time zone, the euro as its currency and rates 40 to 60 percent below Western Europe. Its IT sector grew up around export services, and visa-free Schengen travel since 2024 makes on-site visits simple. You get nearshore collaboration at offshore prices.

Sharp Minds is a Kosovo-based software outsourcing company focused on speed: production-ready MVPs in 6 to 10 weeks and dedicated teams that work in your time zone and your tools. We work with startups and SMEs in Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the UK, the Nordics and North America, and we publish our process, timelines and pricing model openly so you can compare us on facts.
A project starts with a one-week discovery sprint, scheduled as soon as the agreement is signed. Start dates for dedicated teams and team extension depend on the roles and seniority you need and are confirmed in the proposal. The first week is always a discovery or on-boarding sprint that ends with something concrete: a prototype, a fixed scope or a first shipped ticket.
Three things: team leads who have shipped similar products before, a fixed first-release scope that prevents drift, and AI-assisted tooling for code generation, testing and review that removes repetitive work. Quality is protected by automated tests in the pipeline, weekly demos and code review on every change.
Three models: fixed-scope projects for MVPs and well-defined builds, dedicated teams billed monthly per person for ongoing product development, and team extension where one or more engineers join your existing team. Most clients start with a project and continue with a dedicated team after launch.
