What is a dedicated development team and how does it work?
A dedicated development team is a group of Sharp Minds engineers assigned full-time to one client. You direct the work through your own product owner or ours, they join your stand-ups and repositories, and you pay a transparent monthly rate per person. Start dates are agreed per role in the proposal, and you can scale the team up or down with 30 days notice.

03Can the team visit our office?
Yes. Kosovo citizens have travelled visa-free to the Schengen area since January 2024, so kick-off workshops and quarterly on-site visits are easy to arrange.
